Manchester United Women Star Nets Brace Against Everton

Ella Toone became the third Manchester United Women player to score 50 goals for the club after netting twice in a 4-1 victory over Everton in the Women's Super League on Saturday.

The 23-year-old forward opened the scoring for the Red Devils in the 16th minute with a cool finish from close range. She doubled United's lead in the 62nd minute with a well-taken header from a cross by Alessia Russo.

Toone's goals helped United come from behind to secure the win after Everton had taken the lead through Izzy Christiansen in the 11th minute. Martha Thomas and Russo also scored for the Red Devils, while Jess Park netted a consolation goal for Everton.

The victory moved United up to fourth in the Women's Super League table, while Everton remain in 10th place.
